Instructional designer and capacity building specialist with great experience in knowledge management. Daniela was involved with the WHO Emergency Medical Teams (EMTs) initiative, where she was responsible for the coordination of communication and training activities supporting the development of regional emergency response mechanisms. Previously, involved as a knowledge management and e-learning specialist in OCHA Geneva and IT UNICEF.
Her specialties include adult learning and the instructional design of learning and training activities (including all aspects of the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation phases), technology enhanced learning (networked e-learning), new technologies (learning content management systems, authoring software and social software) and knowledge management.
In CRIMEDIM, Daniela is responsible for managing all aspects of online training and eLearning platforms. In addition, she overlooks the communication and public relations of CRIMEDIM, including designing the Center’s website and leaflets.
