Medical doctor, graduated from Università del Piemonte Orientale in Novara, Italy (2002) and specialized in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care (2006). He also obtained a PhD in Mechanical Ventilation from Università del Piemonte Orientale (2010).
In 2017 Davide was included in the National Academic Qualification list as Associate Professor. Currently working as a critical care clinical consultant at the “SS. Trinità” Hospital in Borgomanero (Novara) and he is Adjunct Professor in Anesthesia and Intensive Care at the Università del Piemonte Orientale. Since 2010 is Faculty Member of the European master’s in Emergency Medicine since 2010.
Davide has performed humanitarian work with Italian Civil Protection, having worked in a rescue team in Philippines immediately after Hayan typhoon has stricken the Island.
In CRIMEDIM, since its foundation committing time and research to full scale and computerize exercise design, development and evaluation. He participated as instructor in numerous disaster and emergency medicine courses and was responsible and/or evaluator of more than 20 full scale exercises and several table-top exercises all around the world. He was included in the expert group for Utstein-style template for uniform data reporting of acute medical response in disasters. Since 2016 Davide has been participating at the Annual meeting for the WHO Collaborative Centers on Research and Training on health care and public health in disaster under the CRIMEDIM’s umbrella.
