TEAMS – Training for Emergency Medical Teams and European Medical Corps.
TEAMS is a EU funded project aiming at developing a standardized training package, focused on operational team training for Emergency Medical Teams (EMTs).
The consortium is led by CRIMEDIM and composed of HCRI (UK), Karolinska Institute (Sweden), Tel Aviv University (Israel), Istanbul Medeniyet University (Turkey), Humedica (Germany) and Novareckon (Italy).
The final result will be an open online training package consisting of innovative blended learning teaching materials and simulation-based exercises focused on operational team training, adaptable to different types of EMTs, and sustainable for low-income countries and resource poor settings.
Along with all the EMT organizations, universities, professional bodies and training agencies involved in EMT training are expecting to benefit from the outcomes of this project.
