Awsan Bahattab

Medical doctor graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Science, University of Aden, Yemen (2011), and specialized in international health (Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, 2015). After graduation, she joined the Department of Community Medicine and Public Health at the University of Aden. She has taught several public health courses for medical and health sciences students at the University of Aden and Community medicine Specialization in Yemen. She also worked as a consultant for several NGOs in Yemen and has research experience in research in the community, health service, and medical education. 

As a researcher and Ph.D. student in CRIMEDIM, Awsan engages in several educational and research activities with a focus on training innovation and evaluation in the humanitarian health and disaster medicine field. She also serves as the scientific coordinator of the TEAMS.3 project.
