George Teo Voicescu

George is a Medical doctor, graduated from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Iuliu Hațieganu” (Cluj-Napoca, Romania) in 2021, training specialist at CRIMEDIM. Currently he is a resident in Emergency Medicine.

He has graduated from the “Training Disaster Medicine Trainers” program and organised several International Trainings in Disaster Medicine for medical students. George also has experience in the prehospital field, being a volunteer paramedic on the Intensive Care Ambulances.

George is currently a PhD student, final year, at CRIMEDIM and he is involved in several disaster medicine and public health training and research activities. At CRIMEDIM is also involved in European Master on Disaster Medicine (EMDM) and was part of Nightingale and NO-FEAR projects.

His scientific interest is toward prehospital services, disaster medicine and training in disaster medicine.
