Clara Del Prete

Current PhD candidate at CRIMEDIM, Clara holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Management and two master's degrees, the first in Healthcare Management and the second in Disaster Management.

This varied academic background has enabled her to deepen and connect healthcare and disaster management. During her professional experiences at IRCCS Carlo Besta in Milan and HeAd Research Center in Healthcare Administration at Università degli Studi di Milano, she conducted research on the impact of telemedicine on outpatient neurological services and took part in the consulting and research efforts in the field of healthcare management.

During her second master in Disaster Management she worked in the Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) Regional Desk at IsraAID, an Israeli NGO involved in emergency response and resilience building worldwide. There she engaged in research efforts supporting strategic decision-making and participated in the emergency response mission in Turkey in March 2023 as Operations Officer.
